Nerkl will have a layout manager ( where there should be an wonderfull adjective but absent because it is not exists yet)
The layout manager will manage page components that does not belong the content. Layout manager will place lists, advertisements, content. Infact all the components of layout. Old drupal's blocks are called containers. Cause they are used for many operations.
